My name is Raymond Blair and I have worked in a variety of settings during the last thirty years during that time I have amassed a wide range of transferable skills based in the UK Local and Central Government as well as the private sector.

I am immensely proud to be a Volunteer for organisations such as a Referral Panel Officer for Youth Offenders in Enfield, Homeless Feeding Program Provider on behalf of the YMCA in Walthamstow London. A Specialist Advisor for Crisis at Christmas for three Christmas seasons, Chair of the Management Committee for Haringey Association for Independent Living (HAIL) for over fifteen years.

I have also been active within the commodities markets such as gold bullion and dore bars using Incoterms and OTC procedure and a Buyer's Mandate. I currently hold bullion accounts with an LBMA registered refinery located in Central London and with brokers Goldcore. I deal with Good London Delivery Bullion as well as bullion which is more than 5 years hallmarked. 

I also am an Associate with Leibish & Co Ltd in Israel in promoting and supporting their jewellery range of products.

I also enjoyed being a Personal Business Studies Tutor to 2 mature students studying BTEC Business Studies as well as a Mentor to children aged 13, 14 and 16 hoping to prevent further youth offending.
